This year, TALON has helped start up a new team as their Mentors. Thus, team 3168 was created at Nansemond River High School in Suffolk County, Virginia. This whole year has been great, working with them at the Robot Rumble, meeting up with them during Kick-Off, and getting our robots ready to ship alongside our mentees. We’ve kept in contact with our group through e-mail, video chat, Facebook, and phone, giving them help when needed. We are all so excited for the Virginia Regional, where we can meet up again to help cheer on each other’s robots on.

We'd like to congradulate to Team 3168 for winning the Rookie All-Star Award in the 2010 VCU Regional, this secured them a spot at the FIRST World Championships in Atlanta.  Our two teams going to World's together made the experience unforgettable and we hope that as Team 3168 becomes more and more experienced that both of our share a long lasting bond.
